One designer two different boss- One bean counter Vs One car guy - Guess which one commission design of each vehicle

Would you believe me if I told you that the one responsible for the God awful ugly Pontiac Aztec was the same person who designed this beauty?  The 2003 Cadillac Sixteen concept.  Dubbed as an Ultra Luxury Car, it was powered by a massive 830 cubic inch naturally aspirated V-16 producing 1,000 horsepower, which was astonishing for the time.  The power output prompted Active Fuel Management, which would later be seen in GM cars just a few years later, which would shut down 8 to 12 cylinders depending on the driving.  Under normal conditions, this 5,000 pound behemoth was able to average around 17 mpg, using 250-500 horsepower regularly.  Sadly, the car never saw production, but its design has lived on in many of their current models.  The car even saw screen time on Top Gear, Adam Sandler's movie 'Click', and 'Real Steel' with Hugh Jackman.  A Cadillac with Veyron power? Yes, please!
